Welcome to dujour.lol!

These Terms of Use (or "Terms") govern your use of dujour.lol, except where we expressly state that separate terms (and not these) apply, and provide information about the dujour.lol Service (the "Service"). When you create a dujour.lol account or use dujour.lol, you agree to these terms.

The dujour.lol Service

We agree to provide you with the dujour.lol Service. The Service includes the dujour.lol features, applications, services, technologies, and software that advance dujour.lol's mission: to provide an inclusive, supportive environment to connect with friends through daily challenges.

How our Service is funded

Instead of paying to use dujour.lol, by using the Service covered by these Terms, you acknowledge that we can show you ads. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy.

Data protection and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what information you share with us, when it is shared, and how we handle it when you use the Service. By using the Service, you understand and consent that we must collect, use, store, process, share, and transfer this information to countries where we operate the Service and to partners who help us provide the Service.

Who can use the Service

The service is not to be used by AI or bots. To use the Service, you must be a real human:

• who is at least 13 years old. Depending on where you live, if you are under the age of consent in your country, a parent or guardian may also have to provide consent for you to use the Service; or
• who has the legal authority to create an account on behalf of another person, company, organization, government or other legal entity, if you're not creating an account for yourself.

License agreement

Our content: The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. The dujour.lol name, any of the dujour.lol trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features, and other proprietary rights are not to be used without our consent.

Your content: We do not claim ownership of your content that you post on or through the Service, and you are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want. When you share, post, or upload content on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to (consistent with your privacy and application settings) host, display, and create derivative works of your content (e.g. creating thumbnail images for post previews). This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems. You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account. How You Can't Use dujour.lol

• You can't post someone else's private or confidential information without their permission or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights.
• You can't use the Service to harass, bully, intimidate, or promote harm towards others.
• You can't share content that threatens, incites, glorifies, or expresses a desire for violence or harm.
• You can't share content that is sexual in nature or contains nudity.
• You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.You don't have to disclose your identity on dujour.lol, but you must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information, which may include providing personal data. Also, you may not impersonate someone or something you aren't, and you can't create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.
• You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways.This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
• You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service.

Violating these Terms of Use

We can remove any content or information you share on the Service if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use, our policies, or we are permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the Service to you immediately to protect our community or services if you violate these Terms of Use or our policies, or where we are permitted or required to do so by law.

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies.
